- The above time frame is only applied for orders with standard shipping methods. You can choose fast shipping service to save 5-10 days.
- The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate, some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
- Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to you and will inform for you via email for theses cases to find the best solutions.
- Holiday shipping: In peak season, your order may arrive late than expected delivery. We’re so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can sympathize for us.
- International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
- Transit times do not include the time taken to prepare your order before shipment.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addressed.
You can update the information within 2 hours after you made order. Once the order has left our warehouse, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost or stolen. All items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can only eligible to cancel or modify your order within 02 hours from the time you made to order. Please contact us via email topnicegifts@gmail.com or hot line +1 (408) 359-3579 as soon as possible. After that time, we switch the order to processing status and you can no longer cancel or modify.
In view of the fact that our products are print-on-demand products, we will only start to print when you made to order, so we do not exchange or take returns when we have processed to print the products already.
WHEN I CAN RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT?
We will only replace another items for you unless the items you received has these problems as below:
Incorrect Order: the product you received has some errors compared to the information you noted in your order such as size, style, color of the products, your address, your customized note, or the design in real product is significant differrent from the design in products we advertised on the website…
Bad quality: Wrong color image.
Defective/Damaged: due to the fault of our factory or the shipping service.
NOTE:
Please attach the photograph or video showing the specific problem with the product and the order number for us.
Please make sure the product is unwashed, unworn, unused and was received in the last 7 days.
We will replace another correct product for you in a short time as soon as possible. You don't need to return the original item and we will resend you a replacement for free.
WHEN I CAN RECEIVE A REFUND?
We would always like to bring the best products & good service to customers so we will make a refund to you with some cases as below:
Long shipping time: If your item has not arrived within 30 days for shirts and 45 days for accessories. Estimated delivery time
Replaced item still wrong: the new item we replace for you is still not what you ordered.
